Urgent event help needed

Are you near to Cirencester or Cheshire and fancy helping us at one of our events?
Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we require urgent help prospecting (giving away free trees for contact details) at some of our forthcoming events.

Don’t worry we’ve done as much as possible to make our stands at the event Covid secure and you will be in an open sided marquee outside. Prospecting is collecting someone’s contact details on a data card; you don’t have to touch the card.  We put everything out wearing gloves and the visitor helps themselves to everything.  They even get a free biodegradable pen to limit touch points.  All you have to touch is the tree!

I’ve outlined the events and dates below. Any help appreciated.
DogFest, Cirencester Park, Cirencester
Saturday 18th September (1 person) and Sunday 19th September (2 people would be useful)
DogFest, Tatton Park, Knutsford, Cheshire
Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th September (1 person both days)
Cheltenham Literature Festival, Cheltenham
all days from 8th – 17th October (1-2 people required)
