Wales VDO back online!

Greetings Everyone,

I just wanted to let you know that I am back from furlough and back to my usual three days a week – Wednesday to Friday. I hope you have all been keeping as well as can be expected during this global pandemic. Maybe the signs of spring wildlife and longer daylight hours are a source of hope to you as they are to me?

I know many of you will have been keeping in touch with your volunteer managers over the past months and they will have kept you informed of any news. If you have any questions that I can help with or any updates from your patch which you would like to share, you can email me on marthaboalch2@woodlandtrust.org.uk. As more Woodland Trust staff return from this round of furlough, I hope to have more news to bring you soon on our virtual volunteer events.

Until then, thank you for your patience and, as always, dedication and support for the Trust. I really hope to be able to safely see you all soon.

Martha Boalch

Volunteer Development Officer (Wales)

If you’ve got time to spare why not settle down with a brew and enjoy reading our recent blog about the signs of spring?

Or take this quick wildflower quiz and post your score in the comments? No cheating!
