The Lymm Runners in Cheshire have just completed their annual trail races around Spud Wood. The proceeds from the events come to us and site manager Neil Oxley was there to collect the cheque along with Jo Yellen, group leader for the Spud wood volunteer group, in the green WT volunteer top. Its really pleasing to see how this millennium woodland on the doorstep of the village is being embraced by the local  community and used for all sorts of recreation.
