Volunteer Conference- 14th September at Heartwood, nr St Albans
Woodland Trust volunteers are cordially invited to attend a volunteer conference at Heartwood Forest, nr St Albans on 14th September 2019.
Heartwood Forest is a really special site and an absolutely amazing place to host a volunteer network event. It is truly a remarkable place with a remarkable story. During this event you will find out more about the work that has been carried out at Heartwood, have the opportunity to meet Heatwood volunteers and take part in a guided walk around the site. Woodland Trust staff who lead our campaigns will be there to share with you their work, including the Tree Charter and the work of our ‘Woods under Threat’ detectors. You will be provided with volunteer updates and the chance to network with other volunteers.
Lunch and refreshments are included– just let us know if you have any dietary requirements.
