Sat 29 June – Volunteer Get together – Welshpool

We would like to say a huge thank you for all of the time you have spent volunteering with us in Wales by inviting you to an event taking place on Saturday 29 June 2019 near Welshpool from 10.00am – 4.00pm.

We’ve organised a morning of tea and biscuits, updates and discussion at the Guilsfield Community Centre, followed by a delicious lunch at the popular Derwen Garden Centre.

In the afternoon we will explore Granllyn Pool (famous for great crested newts) and Gaer Fawr woodlands (to see the hill fort).

We’ll be meeting at Guilsfield Community Centre, SY21 9PF. There is parking there but if there is demand we will run a minibus to Welshpool trains station.

Event details are:

Where: Meet at the Guilsfield Community Centre, SY21 9PF

When: Saturday 29th June 2019

Time: 10.00am-4.00pm (return timings approx.)

Please bring appropriate waterproof clothing and sturdy footwear.

Booking is essential so we can manage our resources. If you would like to come along, contact Martha Boalch (07831 523690, marthaboalch2@woodlandtrust.org.uk).  Please confirm your place with us by 23rd May 2019.

We really hope that you can join us and look forward to hearing from you.

With best wishes,

Martha Boalch
