Christmas Craic & Craft

Northern Ireland volunteers came together on the 8th December to enjoy an early Christmas get-together.

We welcomed 26 festive volunteers to join us for a walk in Oakfield Glen & Bashfordsland Wood where we foraged for holly, ivy, berries and twigs before making our way indoors to enjoy festive goodies and turn our haul into festive gifts.  We were joined by Madeline from Kathleen’s Attic who helped us create beautiful tea light holders using twigs and folage from the woods, we also used our ivy and holly to stencil and print our very own gift bags to take home.

It was great to see so many volunteers come together and enjoy a morning of Christmas fun.

We hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and peaceful New Year and look forward to seeing you all in 2019!
