Volunteer network event at Folly farm
On Friday 20th July we were warmly welcomed by staff at Folly farm, a beautiful conference centre set in Avon Wildlife trust grounds.
The weather was kind to us, and after lunch we had a lovely walk. As the 20th July was the start of the big butterfly count, we paired up and spent 15 minutes counting butterflies. Between us we counted 123 butterflies and 10 different species. Our findings have been submitted to the Butterfly Conservation Trust.

Thank you to everyone who came along, I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did
